Meet our new Customer Service Manager Andrea Martin. Andrea is not new to our breezer team. She is very knowledgeable to our product as she led production for both Power Breezer and the implementation of Oasys for two years. She brings her enthusiasm and skills to this new position. Andreas first project will be leading the Customer Service Performance Management initiative to our internal and external processes.
As our new Customer Service Manager Andrea will be responsible for 24/7 oversight of an assigned field base, serving as a leader and providing guidance regarding safety, customer service, team cohesiveness, performance management, and financial accountability for the Breezer Product line and staff administrative employees as related to customer service. She will be facilitating communication amongst internal staff, management ,customers and field personnel. Andrea will be reporting to our VP of Product (Roy White).
Andrea comes to us from Boston Scientific where she worked for 10 years , she was an integral part of the production of key products dedicated to transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients around the world . Andrea is originally from South Florida, but enjoys living in the heritage of her native Colombia where she instills her rich culture to her 3 beautiful children.
