Join our Customer Service team to help revolutionize cooling comfort in America’s workplaces! We’re seeking a seasoned Mobile Field Service Representative as our product specialist and applications technician on the front lines. You will assume the role of a trusted advisor, addressing and resolving intricate issues, working collaboratively with diverse teams, and contributing to the evolution of our innovative cooling solutions.

Job Description:

  • Be willing to travel (up to 75%) in your local region as well as other domestic locations.
  • Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on the full range of cutting-edge Power Breezer products. 
  • Perform preventive maintenance of Power Breezer products.
  • Partner with customers to develop the perfect cooling applications for their unique needs, becoming their trusted technician and providing the proper product training.
  • Investigate field failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with our Engineering, Operations, and R&D teams to prevent future issues.
  • Participate in the installation and commissioning of Power Breezer products, ensuring flawless execution and optimal performance.
  • Observe facilities, analyze product usage trends, and report on customer experiences, helping us continuously improve.
  • Conduct comprehensive site surveys, gathering data and insights to pave the way for successful new installations.
  • When required, provides remote support – technical support regarding ordering and quoting parts via phone, email, or in-person to customers.
  • Timely and accurately manages expense reports and field service reports.

Required Skills:

  • Driver’s License:  Clean driving record and ability to drive a service vehicle.
  • Troubleshooting:  High-level electronic troubleshooting skills and deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
  • Technical:   Comfortable reading wiring diagrams, and schematics and navigating technical complexities.
  • Computer: Basic knowledge of Windows, Google Suite, mobile applications, and Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Communication:  Excel at written and verbal communication, clearly explaining technical concepts and building rapport with customers and leadership.
  • Customer Service:  Passionate about exceptional customer service, comfortable interacting directly with customers, and driven to exceed their expectations.
  • Detail Oriented:  A keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence in everything you do.
  • Self-Driven: A passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with HVAC, hydraulic, or similar systems
  • Military Background
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
